House Call Vet

**Please note to due to COVID-19 we have had to suspend our House Call service. We apologise for any inconvenience caused**

Eltham Veterinary Practice has  a “HOUSE CALL VET” service where we can come to you**. Click here to find out more.

House calls are worth considering if your dog is difficult to get in the car, or if your cat is easily stressed by barking dogs when attending the practice. You may even have young children that are easier to occupy at home, giving you a chance to be more involved in your pet’s checkup.

As with any visit to Eltham Veterinary Practice, your pet will be thoroughly examined and all of your pet’s health concerns will be addressed by one of our experienced staff. Our Practice also has a full range of Wellness Diets, Veterinary Diets and Parasite control which can be brought to your house call if ordered at the time of your booking.

Another component of this service is our Home Euthanasia service, which provides privacy and peace of mind to pets and their owners.

Quick Question?

Dr. Eden Clark

Associate Veterinarian

Eden is a Diamond Creek girl who knows and loves the Eltham area. Eden desired to become a vet from a very young age and spent much of her childhood caring for wildlife, including housing bees overnight in homemade enclosures and feeding them sugar syrup until they were recuperated! It was her strong compassion that drove her desire to become a veterinarian.

After 6 years of study, Eden graduated from the University of Melbourne with First Class Honours in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. She has been lucky enough to spend the last 3 months travelling abroad through Central and South America with her partner before joining our team.
