Meet Amanda! Pictured here with her beloved dogs, Dakota and Benji. Amanda has been a crucial part of the Eltham Veterinary Practice since 2006. Having completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing at Box Hill TAFE, Amanda spent well over a decade as our remarkable Head Nurse, with a more recent transition into a new and exciting role as Team Leader.
Amanda has celebrated some exciting milestones over her years at EVP: she married her long-time partner Brenton and together they built a beautiful home on 8 acres in Kinglake; creating the perfect family environment for their three horses, Cookie, Gem & newest addition Ruby, two dogs Dakota and Benji (pictured) and their two cats, Chance and Connor. Completing their beautiful family in early 2023 with the arrival of baby Noah.
Amanda finds immense joy in her work, is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment. She takes great pride in mentoring staff and loves connecting with clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and patient care. Additionally, Amanda likes assisting in complex procedures, such as orthopaedic surgeries and an exploratory laparotomy.We’re so lucky to have Amanda as part of our team!
